- Compress your video files using H.264 or MPEG 4 (Target Bitrate 1024 Kbps) (Standard Def. 640×480 (4×3) or 720×480 (16×9). Make sure the audio tracks are mixed. FILESIZE LIMIT IS 60MB!)
- Label entry as: CATEGORY NAME OF STORY Ex: Spot News House Fire
